We offer a credit refund and/or exchange within the 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
You can return your product for store credit or purchase a different product only.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• For damaged items, you can exchange it for the same item, send us a WhatsApp ( +65 88766987) and send your item to 2 Kallang Ave #09-27 S339407 or visit us during working hours (Monday to Friday 1pm to 7pm)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, let us know your choice of store credit or purchase of a different product.
Shipping
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Do note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
